What is EWOT?
In the 1960s, Dr. Manfred Von Ardenne noticed that when the body was battling the effects of disease or old age, the cells of the body tended to be oxygen deficient and therefore energy deficient.

When your cells don’t get enough oxygen, they get weaker and weaker – and so do you.

After years of research, he developed a special therapy called Oxygen Multistep Therapy, which is the foundation of Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT).

How does EWOT work?
EWOT is a method of breathing in 90-96% pure oxygen instead of the 15-20% oxygen in the air around us while exercising. This increases the amount of oxygen in your blood plasma in a convenient way. During exercise whilst breathing in this 90-96% pure oxygen, your heart pumps plasma-dissolved oxygen into your small capillaries and from there into your cells, reaching even inflamed areas with poor circulation.

Thus the body’s cells are flooded with right oxygen, vital nutrients and potent anti-inflammatory agents – a powerful combination for overcoming inflammation.

For maximum benefit and safety, EWOT sessions are designed to last for 15 minutes. Programs are designed based on your health and ability.
