Before you begin, it’s very important to monitor your progress, so please keep a detailed record of each day’s weight loss.
Select any two days per week for your FastBlast. Choose consecutive or nonconsecutive days. It’s entirely up to you! Do not schedule FastBlast days when you’re obligated to attend business or social functions that include meals. Don’t forget to add your FastBlast days in your weekly planner or calendar to serve as an extra reminder.
On your two FastBlast days, replace your meals, snacks and beverages with your FastBlast pouches and refrain from eating and drinking all other foods and beverages!
If you usually consume caffeine in the morning, make sure to drink a cup of coffee or green tea to avoid a potential headache from caffeine withdrawal.
Drink one FastBlast pouch every 2-3 hours, totaling six pouches per day. If you become hungry between servings, drink a glass of water to help control your appetite.
The first day after your FastBlast, we recommend consuming small, simple meals to help your body ease back into digesting solid food.
