RECOMMENDED USAGE: Take with food 1-2 capsules a day for 2-4 weeks, or as directed. Then, take as needed for maintenance. May increase to 2 capsules at a time after 3-5 days.
INGREDIENTS: Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Vitamin C, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Sterilized Yeast, Golden Seal (Root), Rose Hips, Spearmint Oil, Fenugreek (Seed), Garlic (Root), Elderberry (Flower), Lomatium Dissectum Oil.
WARNING: May cause a “niacin flush” with first few dosages. Take with food to minimize this possibility. DO NOT USE products containing Leptotoenia (Lomatium Dissecutim) DURING PREGNANCY. In rare cases, a rash may develop as a result of toxin elimination. Soaking in a baking soda bath will normally reduce this condition; repeat as needed.
